从云南省５个不同水稻栽培区的水稻根际分离得到２４９株细菌，它们分属于９个属和３个类群，以香农指数（Ｓｈａｎｎｏｎｉｎｄｅｘ）为群落多样性指标，对５个样品的细菌群落多样性进行了比较和显著差异性检验，结果表明热带地区水稻根际细菌的群落多样性与亚热带地区有明显差异；不同水稻根上的细菌群落多样性差异明显而在根际泥样中不明显。
