Study on lycopene content of different flesh color,different Ploidy,F_1,F_2 and Parents,the relations between sugar content and lycopene content were studied in this experiment.
实验比较研究了不同取样部位、提取溶剂、提取温度、提取时间、成熟度以及不同的贮藏温度对番茄红素含量的影响;研究了不同瓤色、不同倍性、亲本、F_1和F_2代番茄红素含量之间的关系;并对含糖量与番茄红素含量的相关性进行了初步的研究。
