A method was developed for the determination of corosolic acid in Eriobotrya japonica leaves by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC).
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了枇杷叶中科罗索酸的含量。
Results The compounds were identified as: Maslinic acid(Ⅰ),Corosolic acid(Ⅱ),oleanlic acid(Ⅲ),ursolic acid(Ⅳ).
结果共获得4个三萜酸成分,并确定它们的化学结构分别为:山楂酸(Maslinic acid,Ⅰ),科罗索酸(Corosolic acid,Ⅱ),齐墩果酸(oleanlic acid,Ⅲ),熊果酸(ursolic acid,Ⅳ)。
