To improve the anti-corrosivity of 40Cr steel after plasma nitrocarburizing,the post-oxidation treatment was carried out to the nitrocarburized specimens in an adiabatic plasma heat-treatment furnace where the oxidizing gas is in different H2/O2 ratios.

本文对以(Ni/Al+Al)为底层,以Al_2O_3为工作层的陶瓷层,经后氧化处理得到的Al_2O_3涂层,在5%HCL内的腐蚀行为进行了研究,研究结果表明,后氧化Al_2O_3涂层的耐蚀性较一般Al_2O_3涂层提高2倍以上;后氧化处理使涂层内单质Al、Ni转变成Al、Ni的氧化物,从而改变涂层的成分和结构,改善了涂层的耐蚀性。
