It deems that it can solve not only the issues of depletion,water shortage and sedimentation of the middle and lower Yellow River,but also alleviate the water pollution and environment deterioration by the ways of "flood storage","sediment regulation","washout pollution","bed-building" and "flood diversion" through the study on flood resources implementation of the Yellow River.
