研究目的1、针对抗日本血吸虫生殖产卵编码基因SjHGPRT、SjSDISP,构建单价疫苗pVAX1/SjHGPRT、pVAX1/SjSDISP及多价疫苗pVAX1/SjHGPRT·SDISP,并获得良好的表达;2、观察并比较单价疫苗pVAX1/SjHGPRT、pVAX1/SjSDISP和多价疫苗pVAX1/SjHGPRT·SDISP免疫小鼠产生的保护力。
