本文以腹毛目纤毛虫贻贝棘尾虫(Stylonychia mytilus)为材料,应用扫描电镜术、透射电镜术及免疫电镜术等从细胞皮层超微结构和蛋白质组成、细胞骨架体系等不同水平探讨了贻贝棘尾虫细胞结构的分化特征,所得结果按三部分论述如下:1形态发生中皮层纤毛器的扫描电镜观察贻贝棘尾虫皮层纤毛器由口围带、波动膜、额腹横棘毛、左右缘棘毛、背纤毛等组成。
