Separation and quantitative analysis of bovine milk proteins by comparing capillary gel electrophoresis, capillary(uncoated) zone electrophoresis and capillary(coated) zone electrophoresis, the results showed that capillary(coated) zone electrophoresis was better than other two methods on separation conditions and results,quantitative analytical characteristics.
