The experimental results show that the slag consists of calcium cerite (RE_2O_3·CaO·2SiO_2), cuspidine(CaF_2· 3CaO·2SiO_2.
结果表明:在凝固过程中,绝大部分稀土富集于铈钙硅石(RE2O3·CaO·SiO2)相中;熔渣的凝固组织主要由铈钙硅石、枪晶石(CaF2·3CaO·2SiO2)、萤石(CaF2)和硫化钙(CaS)这4种相组成。
The results showed that: ①the crystalline phases are mainly the cuspidine, wollastonite and gehlenite with nepheline, fluorite and olivine also found in some samples under the experimental conditions; ②with the bacisity and CaF_2 content increased, crystalline proportion of mold flux rises .

The difference on density between crystal and glassy of cuspidine in CaO-SiO_2-CaF_2 slag and CaOSiO_2TiO_2 in CaO-SiO_2-TiO_2 slag during condensation has been studied.
研究了可析出枪晶石矿相的 CSF 渣系和析出屑石矿相的 CTS 渣系在冷凝后渣中结晶体和玻璃体密度的差异, 得到以下结论:(1)在保护渣的玻璃体向结晶体的转化过程中,出现了体积膨胀与体积收缩两种现象;(2)保护渣的结晶性能与凝固收缩情况密切相关;(3)析晶过程中保护渣的体积变化可能受晶粒大小及气孔影响。
Through the protection of N2 atmosphere and the adjustment of the sintering process,we got the cuspidite crystal.
