结果发现,乔林树皮中杜仲醇、总黄酮和杜仲胶的含量均比叶林树皮中的高,而叶林树皮中绿原酸、京尼平甙酸和桃叶珊瑚甙却比乔林树皮中的高;同时比较将杜仲树皮碾成粉状和丝绵状2种处理方式对次生代谢物提取的影响发现,二者效果相差不明显,但考虑到后期要提取杜仲胶,建议将杜仲皮碾成丝绵状。
