Using the porous media theory,a mathematical model was established for tomatoes in hold-over plate refrigerated vehicles and cargoes,and the dynamic temperature field was simulated with two different stack methods.
本文运用多孔介质理论建立番茄在冷板冷藏车内及货物的数学模型,模拟2种不同堆码方式的动态温度场,并对其变化及分布的特点进行分析讨论,指出堆码方式对货物温度场有一定影响,为有较规则几何形状的果蔬货物的冷藏运输提供了理论依据。
Influence of stack method on the temperature field of cargoes in hold-over plate refrigerated vehicles;
通过对运输中货物传热过程的分析,建立了车厢内复杂耦合传热的k-ε数学模型;采用数值模拟的方法,计算了3种不同堆码方式货物动态温度场,指出采用货物与车体内壁之间留一定间距的堆码方式,能有效减小外界热环境对货物温度场的影响,且间距越大,货物温度升高越小、货物温度分布越均匀。
