杨树是世界主要的造林和经济树种,在中国和世界各地均有广泛的栽培?格林一号黑杨(G1)是一种欧美杂交杨,具有生长速度快?材质好?适应性强等优点,为目前推广的主要品系之一?本研究选择G1黑杨作为转基因的实验材料,研究了激素浓度等因素对其叶片再生?壮苗?生根等的影响,建立了杨树高频再生体系?几丁质和葡聚糖是许多病原真菌细胞壁结构的重要组成部分?几丁质酶可以将几丁质水解为N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖;β-1,3-葡聚糖酶可以将葡聚糖降解为葡萄糖?大量研究表明,以上两种酶在植物体内体外,对病原真菌的生长均有明显的抑制作用?本研究将这两种酶的编码基因分别构建植物表达载体,以G1黑杨幼叶为外植体,利用改良的农杆菌介导法进行转化,获得转基因植株?具体实验结果如下:1。
