In order to study the load of 2050CVC mill at Baosteel during rolling high-strength steels,especially X70、X80 pipe line-steels and container plate the parameters of F1 and F4 such as rolling force,rolling moment and torque magnification were measured and the capacity of rolling mill was assessed.
为了掌握宝钢2050CVC热连轧机在生产高强度板材时的设备现状,特别是在轧制国家急需的X70、X80管线钢、集装箱板等产品时轧机的负荷情况,对该机组F1与F4轧机的主要参数进行了测试,得到了轧机的轧制力、轧制力矩及扭矩放大倍数的实测结果,并对轧机的承载能力进行了评价,为该机组生产计划的制定提供了可靠依据。
