Basing on the conceptional framework of supply chain management of fresh raw agricultural products of supermarket, the paper first analyses problems of information flow, material flow and funds flow exiting in it, and then the paper suggests the introduction of non-embedded option contract into reconstruction of supply chain management of fresh raw agricultural products of supermarket.
