异型管辊挤成型过程的数值模拟与实验研究
The non-mandrel double-pass roll extrusion process of square shaped tube was simulated using nonlinear FEM software.
利用大型非线性有限元分析软件对异型管双道次无芯棒辊挤成型过程进行了数值模拟,得到了成型过程中应力与变形的分布和变化情况以及变形后的异型管的断面形状,并通过实验验证了有限元分析的正确性。
Firstly, the radiator heat transfer mechanism was analyzed and studied in this article, in order to develop new types of section tube steel radiator in accordance with the heat efficiency improving, then the structure was determined, in addition the radiating condition of section tube steel radiator and tubular radiator was simulated by FLUENT software.
本文首先进行散热器的传热机理分析和研究,从提高散热效果出发,研制新型异型管钢制散热器,确定其结构形式,并利用FLUENT软件模拟所研制异型管散热器与圆管散热器的散热情况,通过比较两种散热器单管温度分布、湍流分布以及二者在设定的房间内温度场、速度场,从而证明所研制的异型管钢制散热器在散热效果方面具有明显的优势。
