Research advances in electronic devices and photoelectricity transition devices such as tunneling diode, heterojunction diode, varied capacitance diode, single electronic transistor, solar cell and light emitting diode(LED)using hydrogenated nano-crystalline silicon(nc-Si:H)films are reviewed in this paper.
