The development of techniques for free cutting stainless steel 303Cu and extra-low carbon stainless steel 302HQ was focused in this paper.
通过对易切削不锈钢303Cu和超低碳不锈钢302HQ的生产工艺开发的论述,可得知通过加热制度的调整可以有效控制MnS在303Cu钢中的形态,从而解决轧制过程中头部开裂的问题;控制302HQ钢的轧制温度,优化生产线相关配件,可以解决轧制过程中引起的表面擦伤问题。
