This paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward reasonable control of glass annealing temperature schedule & edge temperature,and suggests the way of side firing which may be adopted to improve glass edge stress,reduce edge crack and increase cutting rate.
浮法玻璃的退火常见问题主要是厚玻璃的切割难、边部炸裂,通过分析产生的原因,提出合理控制玻璃退火温度制度和边部温度;同时,采用烧边火等方法改善玻璃边部应力、减少裂边,提高切裁率。
