Firstly, In the experiment of this article, PE-RT, PE-X, PP-R and Cu pipe are used as heating pipes.
首先,以耐高温聚乙烯(PE-RT)、交联聚乙烯(PE-X)、无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)和铜管四种不同热阻的典型管材作为加热管,分别对其进行地板辐射供暖传热实验,由实验得出几种不同加热管管材下,地板单位面积散热量与供回水平均温度的关系公式,并对几种管材的散热量进行了比较,从传热学的角度对这种差别进行了解释和深入分析;课题还进行了流速对地面散热量的影响实验,并利用边界层理论对该影响进行了理论分析;实验通过更换地面层,进行了地面层对散热量和向下热损失影响的实验,得到水泥、瓷砖和木质地板三种面层下,地板散热量的大小比例关系和三种面层下地板向下的热损失。

To simulate ammonia corrosion process of copper tubes in the air removal section of condenser in power plant,immersion tests of copper tube samples are conducted in ammonia solutions with ammonia 50~20000 mg/L,at temperatures 25℃、35℃ and 45℃ respectively.
在 16种浓度的氨溶液 (从 5 0mg/L~ 2 0 0 0 0mg/L不等 )、3种温度 (2 5℃、35℃、4 5℃ )、3种溶解氧的条件下(开口、密闭不除氧、密闭除氧 ) ,对铜管腐蚀过程及影响氨腐蚀过程的因素及规律进行了研究 。
By studying on the lubricity,adhesion,anti-heating and removing properties of the studied lubricants,a new high-speed cold drawing and heavy viscosity oil for copper tubes was developed,which avoids to produce harmful oil-smog,prevents copper tubes from being spoiled and ensures copper tubes have excellent surface quality.
通过对油品的润滑性、粘附性、耐高温性、清洗性等进行详细的研究,开发出一种新型的高粘度铜管高速拉拔外模专用油,不仅解决了铜管生产过程中油烟对工作环境污染和对人体的伤害,而且避免了铜管表面的擦伤,保证了铜管良好的表面质量。
