Using the study of the research experience in abroad for reference, according to our national actual circumstance, we developed an automatic transmission system that has the good function price ratio.
客车电控自动换档系统研究属于先进制造与自动化技术研究领域,在本课题中,换档执行部分采用直流电机和步进电机,相对于液压和气压系统,由于直接以车上电瓶为动力源,不仅降低了成本,而且简化了机构,提高了可靠性,并且具有较高的响应速度和控制精度;控制器部分采用了当前先进的电子技术和模糊控制算法,使换档决策和离合器控制更加合理;整个系统的各个部分间采用CAN总线进行数据传输,从而使得传输线束大大简化,提高了系统的可靠性,有效节约了线束安装空间和系统成本。
