The following was found to be economical feasible combination for live fish transportation: 60% of water exchange,water exchange at an interval.
结果表明:4因素最经济可行的组合是换水量为60%,换水间隔期为16 h,换气量为50%,换气间隔期为8 h;正交试验中鱼苗存活时间最长为55 h(空白试验为27 h);换水量是最主要的影响因素,只换水比只换气更利于延长活鱼运输时间;水质中的溶氧对试验结果影响最大。
