Using the stable theory of steel structure axle center pressure and advanced ANSYS program, the paper calculates and analyzes the pressure stability of about 20 rack columns axle centers of sections of three different serious products, gives out pressure calculating formula of the axle center and optimized hole shape and location of sections.
