To eliminate the illumination variations along the perpendicular axis and remove artifacts,the global color correction for the color difference between consecutive slices was carried out using the color grayscale card on the slices of digital human,then the local color correction was performed through the entire database,taking advantage of the grayscale local histogram of difference image.
重建结果表明,经过全局和局部色彩校正后,重建视图中的明暗条纹基本消失,说明层片间颜色的不连续现象得到了校正。
