为填补国内汽车前照灯仪校准器的发光强度分布和光轴角的检定溯源空白,采用基于面阵CCD的光学系统对校准器垂直照射在检测幕布上形成的光斑进行图像数字化处理,通过CCD像元灰度定标及测量实现发光强度的分布检定,检定测量不确定度优于2%;通过光斑特征点(远光光斑中心点、近光光斑明暗截止线转角点)的位移测量实现光轴角检定,检定范围为:上0°~1°,左、右、下0°~2°,检定测量不确定度优于1。
