Because of the discommodiousness of competence testing on internal control of financial information sys- tem,competence testing method based on relevant requirement and specification of the internal control in enterprise financial information system is proposed.
为解决目前财务信息系统内部控制中权限测试主要采用手工测试方式、工作量大、效率低、漏查等问题,本文在遵循现有各项内部控制法规制度的基础上,通过对现行财务信息系统权限管理的内容和方法的分析与研究, 提出了财务信息系统内部控制中的权限测试方法,并以中国石油天然气股份有限公司为实例,以 Access 2003为平台,采用 SQL 查询语言实现了例外账号和多余权限的测试。
