The pressure drop performance in single and double inlet cyclone separators is reported in this paper.
针对旋风器内气流场偏心或轴不对称的情况,改变了旋风器的进口结构,提出了双进口旋风器模型,对比了单、双进口旋风器的阻力特性并进行了分析,指出双进口结构形式较单进口更有利于降低旋风器阻力。
This thesis analysiese the air flow field in the cyclone,the air in common cyclone with single inlet shows axial non symmetry,with change of single inlet to double inlet.
通过对旋风分离器内流场分析 ,可知传统单进口旋风分离器内气流出现偏心 ,为此 ,将普通旋风分离器的单进口改为轴对称进口 (入口面积相等 ) ,在其它条件不变的情况下 ,分别改变两者的进风量、入口含尘浓度等因素 ,通过分析对比来考察轴对称进口旋风分离器的分离特性和压损特性 。
