The goal of this work is to develop a number of new data mining methods and applied these approaches to empirical design of high-conductivity and high flexibility copper alloys and other metallic materials.
本文将若干种新型的数据挖掘方法应用于高导电高弹性铜合金及其它金属材料设计,并对传统的BP神经网络、RBF神经网络和遗传算法等进行改进,将各种数据挖掘方法有机地结合,特别是提出将具有良好的理论基础和泛化性能的支持向量机方法引入到高导电高弹性铜合金设计领域,应用其解决传统方法还不能完善解决的问题,建立准确、高效的材料组分、工艺或结构与性能关系模型,丰富和完善了现有的材料设计理论和方法,不仅能够从宏观上快速有效地进行新材料性质的预测和工艺优化,节约能源,而且促进了学科间的交叉。
