This paper puts forward a mathematical model of contact surfaces of workpiece with roller of axial feed bar rolling, and analyzes equations of interfaces、equations of boundary curves、equations of points of crossing curves, and then gives two formulas to calculate corresponding areas of interfaces.
本文建立了轴向辊轧轧件与轧轮各接触面的数学模型;分析了曲面方程、各曲面的交线方程和曲线的交点方程;给出了两部分接触面面积的近似解;为进一步理论上深入分析轧制力能参数提供了必要基础。
