This study introduced the economictype X70 of hot strip which was designed by C-Mn-Cr-Nb alloy system and acicular ferrite microstructure,and produced by medium-thickness slab casting and direct rolling production line in Ansteel.
本文介绍鞍钢采用C-Mn-Cr-Nb系针状铁素体组织设计,在中等厚度板坯连铸坯连铸连轧生产线上研制开发经济型X70管线钢热轧卷板,产品具有高强度、良好的低温韧性和焊接性能,同时可大幅降低生产成本,应用于西气东输二线和中亚输气管线等国家重点工程。
This paper introduced X70 and X80 HRC with heavy thickness which were designed by low carbon,high niobium acicular ferrite microstructure,and developed on medium thickness slab continuous casting production line in Ansteel.

Element Mo, Cu were added into grey iron liquid, the type and content of inoculants, pouring time, cooling time, shake out time were adjusted to get acicular structure.
