The effect of the formation of 'rich austenite band'in the 'heterogeneous mixture zone'of the welded joint of Cr30Ni9 medium or high carbon steel on hydrogen diffusion and coagulation behavior is studied by using the tritium autoradiography and the hydrogen bubble release observation after the joint is charged with hydrogen,and the correspondent hydrogen diffusion model is set up.
本文运用氚自射线照相法和接头充氢后释放规律的观察，研究了Ｃｒ３０Ｎｉ９／高碳钢接头不均匀混合区中的富奥氏体带的形成及其对接头氢扩散和聚集行为的影响，并建立了相应的氢扩散模型，试验和分析结果表明：富奥氏体带的形成将延缓和阻碍焊缝中的氢向母材侧扩散；母材侧仅在熔池阶段及结晶后的高温阶段扩散进入了少量的氢。
