The machine has the drawbacks of short service life,as well as big difficulties and high cost in maintenance,In view of the above drawbacks,a pure hydraulic nozzle-tapping machine was utilized for the 1# 1750 blast furnace,which was modified and optimized,and taken as the experiment site.
