Based upon Meishan Steel Plant s 150 t reformed BOF, the reasons of creep deformation have been analyzed, a new compressed airjet cooling set is designed and verity its possible, which give a reference to the designation and service of the cooling set in convener vessel.
本文针对梅山钢铁公司炼钢厂1号转炉炉壳改造,分析了转炉炉身段高温蠕变的成因,提出了一种新型压缩空气射流冷却装置,实践证明该装置的可行性,为90 t以上级转炉炉身冷却提供可靠的参考。
