The digital model of heavy-duty vehicle tyres is established by means of Pro/E,and constructs a special connection between Pro/E and ADAMS.
以轮胎动力学理论为基础,应用Pro/E建立载重车辆轮胎数字化模型并构建与ADAMS软件间专用的模型数据转换接口,以多体系统动力学理论为分析平台,利用ADAMS对载重车辆轮胎进行动态仿真研究与分析,直观描述了力-速度、力-角加速度、转矩-速度和转矩-角加速度的变化关系,并据此研究轮胎与地面间的作用特性,为轮胎的设计制造提供理论依据,大大提高轮胎的设计效率和精度。
