This article summarizes the function principle, characteristic, existence pro blem and clinical application in ophthalmology of three tissue adhesives (fibrin sealant, cyanoacrylate adhesive, mussel adhesive protein).
本文对纤维蛋白粘合剂、贻贝粘蛋白粘合剂、氰基丙烯酸酯类粘合剂的作用原理、特点、存在的问题及其在眼科中的临床应用进行综述,并认为纤维蛋白粘合剂有良好的生物相容性及降解性,在眼科具有广阔的应用前景。
