Based on the management practice in the temporary venues project in Pudong area of Shanghai World Expo,analyzes the significance of project implementation planning at prior period of project,and builds its basic frame and main points of implementation planning.
依托上海世博会浦东临时场馆项目管理实践,分析了在项目前期进行项目实施策划的必要性,构建了上海世博会临时场馆项目群实施策划的基本框架和实施要点,并进一步就项目实施策划中组织策划和项目目标控制策划的基本内容、工作流程和管理制度进行了研究。
