Two flavonoids Ⅰ and Ⅱ were isolated from the leaves of this plant and identified as genkwanin( Ⅰ ) and yuanhuanin( Ⅱ ).
结果与结论:从芫花叶的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分得两种黄酮类化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ,分别鉴定为羟基芫花素、芫花叶苷,将Ⅱ用稀盐酸水解去一个葡萄糖之后,得其苷元Ⅱa羟基芫花素。
