In this study, wine related yeasts were isolated from Tumochuan plain of Inner Mongolia and identified using WL medium; at the same time, in various fermentation periods of grape juice, the yeast distribution was also explored.
本研究利用WL培养基对内蒙古土默川平原酿酒葡萄中的酵母菌种进行了鉴定;同时,考察了不同发酵时期,葡萄汁中酵母菌种的分布情况。
The wild wine yeast was separated and bred from grape skins,which was then identified using WL medium.
