To compare the sensitivity and repeatability of lysoplate assay and Remazol Brilliant Blue R (RBB-R)-la-beled colorimetric assay for detection of lysozyme (LYZ) activity, standard curves were generated using standard hLYZ and different dilutions of the hLYZ were submitted to detection and statistic analysis.
