The regulating mechanism of the balance between bone resorption and bone formation by the mechanical stimulation was investigated through gene expression of osteoprotegerin(OPG) and osteoclast differentiation factor(ODF).
本研究以Wistar 大鼠颅骨成骨细胞为研究对象,通过流动腔装置施以流体剪应力,从细胞的增殖、分化、矿化和形变研究成骨细胞对流体剪应力的响应,从骨保护因子(OPG),破骨细胞分化因子(ODF)的基因表达研究力学刺激对骨吸收和骨形成平衡的调控,最后尝试成骨细胞对破骨细胞形成的诱导作用,进一步考察了力学刺激影响骨代谢平衡的可能途径。
